My Pregnancy Must Haves

Pregnancy isn't always a walk in the park, especially the first trimester! Here are a few things that have really helped me feel as best as I could throughout my second pregnancy!

7 pregnancy must haves

Nuun Energy Tablets - My friend introduced me to these and I have been drinking these practically everyday since. They give my water some flavor, and have a small amount of energy which helps me tackle the day, especially since I haven't been craving coffee like I normally do. They also have vitamins for an added bonus! 

Heating Pad - After a long day I love to relax on the couch and watch some Netflix with the hubby! I love lounging around with a heating pad to ease sore muscles which I tend to get a lot, especially now with all of this extra weight! If you know how to sew you can make your own! Water Bottle - I typically don't drink any water unless I have a water bottle in front of me. I just don't think about it. Having a water bottle is essential to get all of the hydration I need during the day, and this one specifically for pregnancy is great! 

Facial Wipes - I prefer cleansing my skin the good ol' fashion way, but for those nights that I'm just way too tired, facial wipes work great, and these ones are amazing!

Lavender Bath Salts - I can't live without these! It's so relaxing at the end of the day to take a soaking bath. It helps me feel rested and sleep a lot better too.

Protein Bars - Or any healthy snack really, but these are my favorite protein bars. They taste great and keep me feeling full at least until I can get something more substantial in my belly! I always get super hungry during the first trimester, so I always keep snacks like these in my bag.

Comfy Shoes - Especially if you have a toddler like I do, comfy shoes are a must and I love my Adidas Cloadfoam shoes! They're super comfy but also really cute and I've gotten a lot of compliments on them!
