My sister made these for me once a few years ago and I thought they were so good, but I hadn't eaten them since. So the other day at the market, I saw some kale and thought I'd try them again! I don't know why a lot of people seem to think kale is gross, I actually think it's pretty tasty and has a lot of flavor! So if you're craving something crunchy and salty, trade out that bag of potato chips, popcorn or pretzels for this healthy snack!
Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Remove leaves from stems with kitchen sheers or you can just pull or cut them off
Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner or paper towels if you don't have one
Place the kale on a foil lined cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Bake 10-15 minutes, until edges are brown and crispy
I told you it was easy! What healthy snacks do you eat throughout the day? I'd love to know! Tell me in the comments below.
